1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using BluVoltz Distribution LLC's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES
BluVoltz Distribution LLC provides hybrid battery replacement services, including mobile installation by certified mechanics across the United States. When you opt in to SMS communications, you can expect to receive messages related to your service appointments, order status updates, installation confirmations, and relevant service reminders.
3. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages based on your service activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All orders require a $197 refundable core deposit in addition to the battery and installation fee. The core deposit is refunded upon return of your old battery. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. INSTALLATION SERVICES
Installation is performed by BluVoltz certified mobile mechanics. Service availability depends on your location and the availability of certified installers in your area. BluVoltz reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to installer availability or unforeseen circumstances.
6. WARRANTY
Warranty terms vary by battery type:
Remanufactured NiMH: 1 Year Unlimited Miles
New NiMH Prismatic: 3 Years Unlimited Miles
Lithium Upgrade: 5 Years Unlimited Miles
Commercial use voids the standard warranty. All warranties are serviced nationwide through the BluVoltz partner network.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The $197 core deposit is fully refundable upon return of your old battery. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled installation to qualify for a full refund.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BluVoltz Distribution LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the total value of the service purchased.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
